Responsibilities:

Provide training to improve service qualityfor medical representative.
Creating training modules related to soft skills.
Accustomed to makingTraining Need Analysis (TNA)

Requirements:

Minimum age 30 years old Male/Female
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Doctor
At least 3 years of working experience in the training process
Good communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English both oral and written
