Service and Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:

To lead & supervise a team of Service Engineers
Organize training for engineering staff
Responsible for continuous correspondence with suppliers/principals and customers on service related issues.
Responsible for preparation of Service Contract proposals for customers
Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of medical equipment
Responsible for providing after sales support for equipment distributed by the company
Responsible for attending breakdown service calls
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Responsible for providing support for presentations and equipment demos
Responsible for providing product information to our customers
Conduct product training or product application to customer
Project Management

Requirements:

A high level of experience with servicing and repairing complex electrical equipment, ideally medical devices
Knowledge of hospital and pre-hospital operations and management systems
Ability to understand technical documents and service manuals
Skilled to use office software including contact and asset management programs
Knowledge of engineering staffs capability and equipment assignments
Skilled to use biomedical and imaging test equipment
Must posses previous management experience within similar environment
Ability to motivate, teach and lead technical staff
Must speak fluent English
