Lab Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day lab operations to ensure timely and safe processing of cord blood units.
Ensure adherence to lab and regulatory requirement
Vendor/ supplier qualification and procurement of critical material and services
Responsible for maintaining safe and clean working environment.
Cost management & budgetary/capacity planning
Staff training & development and ensure staff competency.

Requirements:

Bachelor in Science, Honors preferred
At least 3 years Laboratory management/ supervisory experience
Blood bank experience advantageous.
Relevant quality assurance and regulatory compliance experience
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Ability to lead and motivate lab staff
Ability to communicate effectively
Must be Hepatitis B immunized
