Berpenampilan menarik.
Usia maksimal 30 th
Lulusan D3 Akademi keperawatan.
Memiliki Sertifikat Hiperkes yang masih berlaku ( lebih diutamakan )
Memiliki Lisensi P3K Depnaker ( lebih diutamakan )
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai paramedis.
