Jadwal:
1. Pendaftaran/ seleksi administrasi dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Januari 2013 – 13 Pebruari 2013 pada Hari Kerja di Bagian SDI RS ‘Aisyiyah Bojonegoro.
2. Pengumuman Hasil seleksi Administrasi Hari Senin, 18 Pebruari 2013 pukul 10.00 WIB.
3. Pelaksanaan Tes Tulis pada Hari Rabu, 20 Pebruari 2013.
4. Pengumuman hasil tes tulis pada Hari Senin, 25 Pebruari 2013 pukul 10.00 WIB.

SYARAT ADMINISTRASI

Surat lamaran secara tertulis di atas materai 6.000 ditujukan kepada Direktur RS ‘Aisyiyah Bojonegoro, dengan dilengkapi :
1. Daftar riwayat hidup.
2. Foto copy KTP.
3. Pasphoto berwarna ukuran 4 x 6 sebanyak 2 lembar.
4. Foto copy ijasah yang dilegalisir.
5. Foto copy transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir, dengan ketentuan :

Untuk jenjang pendidikan SLTA dan yang sederajat nilai rata-rata minimal 7.
Untuk jenjang pendidikan D-3/ D-4/ S-1 IPK minimal 2,75 untuk lulusan perguruan tinggi negeri dan minimal 3,00 untuk lulusan perguruan tinggi swasta.

6. Foto copy Kartu Tanda Anggota Muhammadiyah (KTAM)/ Surat Rekomendasi dari Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah setempat.
7. Surat keterangan sehat dari dokter.
8. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) asli/ legalisir
9. Surat keterangan pengalaman kerja.
10. Bagi tenaga profesi harus mempunyai Surat Ijin sesuai profesi yang bersangkutan yang dikeluarkan oleh institusi/ lembaga yang berwenang dan masih berlaku.

1. Dokter Umum
– lulusan S1 Kedokteran + Profesi
– memiliki STR
2. Perawat
– lulusan S1 Keperawatan / D3 keperawatan yang sedang menjalani S1 Keperawatan
– Memiliki SIP dan diutamakan berpengalaman –
3. Asisten Apoteker
– lulusan SMF atau D3 Farmasi dan memiliki SIK
4. Penata Rontgen
– lulusan D3 Radiologi dan memiliki SIB
5. Analis Medis
– Lulusan D3 Analis Medis dan diutamakan berpengalaman
6. Rekam Medis
– Lulusan D3 Rekam Medis dan diutamakan berpengalaman
7. Administrasi

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience as ICU Nurse
Positive attitude and excellent team player
Strong written and spoken English
Able to work under pressure, independently and with tight deadline
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Indonesian citizen
Willing to be placed in Bali
