MEDICAL SCIENTIFIC LIAISON (MSL) – JAKARTA

Roles & Responsibilities:
Serves as an advocate for MSD science within the health care community
Must develop an understanding of regional and national thought leaders and the health care environments to build, sustain and expand leadership position with medical and scientific leaders that are centered on science and credible exchange of unbiased scientific information.
Execute medical service for the assigned franchise (s) including but not limited to trainings for internal customers, create and execute medical strategies that deliver value for new launches and key in-line growth drivers
Develop attributes that address unmet medical needs throughout the lifecycle of the brands
Help inform our therapeutic areas’ value in appropriate use, as perceived by external customers and stakeholders
Maintain a strong culture of collaboration and seamless interactions with different functions such as marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical trial, pharmacovigilance etc for company initiatives to contribute to business growth

Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree (S1) from reputable universities. Preferably Medical doctor (or science-related degree).
Minimum 1 year work experience in pharmaceutical industry (with medical-related responsibilities)
Willing to travel domestic/overseas
Strong analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including good English skills (verbal & written)
Good computer literacy
Positive attitude, and able to work in a team
