DOKTER PERUSAHAAN (PENEMPATAN DI KALIMANTAN TIMUR)

Responsibilities
Melakukan pemeriksaan dan memberikan treatment kesehatan jika ada karyawan jatuh sakit di tempat kerja
Menyusun rekapitulasi laporan hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan karyawan tahunan dan melaporkan kepada Top Management
Memberikan rekomendasi pemeriksaan lanjutan
Mengidentifikasi karyawan yang berpotensi atau memiliki penyakit beresiko tinggi

Requirements
Usia maksimal 35 tahun
Latar belakang pendidikan sebagai Dokter Umum
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Dokter di Site
Memiliki Surat Ijin Dokter (SID) / (Surat Tanda Registrasi) dan  Surat Ijin Praktek (SIP)
Mampu memanajemen kesehatan di tempat kerja
Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi perkebunan perusahaan (Kutai Timur – Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

Analyze the development of raw materials
Analyze the development of the finished product
Do the raw material specifications
Create and validate analytical methods.
Requirements:

Male/female, 24-29 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacist is preferably.
1-2 years experience in QC or Analytical Development
Integrity, excellent skill in communication, and willing to work in team
Will be placed in Taman Tekno, BSD, Tangerang.
