Lowongan Kerja Perawat – Nurse Educator Team Leader di BIMC Hospital Bali

Working in BIMC Hospital means to work in an international team work atmosphere. BIMC Hospital requires Doctors who can think and work with own professional analysis and judgment in an often highly demanding environment. The working language is English. BIMC Hospital offers regular training overseen by Foreign Consultant as well as daily supervision, coaching and bed side training from Foreign Technical Advisors with health care background. Nurse Educator Team Leader

Tanggung Jawab:
The position encompasses a dual role of 2-3 days teaching and 2-3 days as a Team Leader
The clinical nurse educator roles focuses on the education of all nurses employed at BIMC
Ensuring the delivery of quality medical care
Providing technical support to Indonesian doctors and nurses
Conducting rapid health needs assessment
Made teaching aids/posters for use in all health care facilities

Persyaratan:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Nursing or equivalent.
Registered General Nurse
Nurse Educator
Preferably with additional post-registration nursing qualifications
Preferably Expatriate currently living in Bali
Required language(s): English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Broad nursing experience
Teaching experience, prefereably clinical
Ward and/or hospital management experience
Applicants must be willing to work in Nusa Dua & Kuta.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
