Description of vacant position
(Principal Accountabilities)
Positively influence customers’ prescribing behavior to achieve sales targets.
Develop territory and build strong customer relationships on a given territory.
Ability to work productively with colleagues or a team player.
Demonstrate ability to effectively facilitate the development of new team members and resolve conflict within the team. Acquiring the confidence of the line-manager.
Demonstrate ability to effectively interact directly with patients in terms of further explanation on product being prescribed in addition to other emotional support may be required.

(Requirements & Qualifications)
Indonesian, Male or Female.
Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably science-related.
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical company, especially in promoting Cardio products and a good track record in sales and/or marketing.
Have very good relationships with doctors (interpersonal skills).
Have experiences of working with distributors and influencing/negotiation skills.
Strongly self motivated and excited by a new challenge.
Able to demonstrate tenacity and determination.
English and Microsoft Office proficiency.
