Quality Assurance Inspector
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Responsible to monitor the quality system which is executed during manufacturing process in production area in compliance with the valid procedure
Monitor the accuracy of documentation recording during manufacturing process
Monitor the process of calibration, qualification, validation, training, “change control”, failure investigation report” in production and logistics area
Conduct risk assessment
Follow up corrective action for as per failure investigation result

Requirements:

Male
Graduate from Apothecary Program (Pharmacist)
Fresh graduate with internship experience in Production or Quality Assurance are welcome to apply
Having knowledge of GMP and CPOB
Fluent in English
Good interpersonal skill and people management skill
Willing to work in a shift basis
