PRODUCT MANAGER AESTHETIC JOB (PHARMACEUTICAL)

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Our respected client is seeking a marketing professional, preferably with an experience with a multinational pharmaceutical or consumer goods company, for the Product Manager job, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:
Prepare programs to support the achievement of the products in ethical and consumer activities, and take part on implementation of the programs, such as events, media gathering and media release regarding aesthetic cosme-ceutical products
Manage and lead Products Executives team
Provide information and application technical support for aesthetic, cosme-ceutical products
Manage the product performance for aesthetic cosme-ceutical products based on agreed positioning and target customers to achieve sales and market share targets
Form strategy with sales and trade teams to ensure products meet long-term strategic direction
Evaluate and propose new positioning, rejuvenation or new product launch to form synergy with existing business to achieve desired sales and market share growth in the market segment
Achieve targeted sales and market share as agreed in plan based on the positioning of the products and target consumers
Monitor implementation of the programs, take necessary action in the case competitors react to the program to the detriment of our own
Communicate programs set to Program Execution Manager, Sales Manager, Trade teams to make sure the direction given is implemented
Responsible to find and coordinate with all partners in relation with product market and execute all marketing activities and strategic
Responsible to make all business plan, develop new product marketing and survey strategic report, including the ability to interpret market research, calculation and graphs

Job Requirements
Max. 35 years old.
Min. 3 years working in the same field
Min. Bachelor degree from Medical Science/ Medicine/ Apothecary or others that related
Extensive relationship with aesthetic practitioner and institution
Deep and extensive knowledge of product/ brand management and development. Proven track records in managing well known aesthetic brand
Excellent English skill, both written and oral
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skill
Strong leadership capacity, result oriented, self-motivated, can work independently as well as team member
