COORDINATOR DOCTOR

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming/outgoing communications (phone calls, email, faxes notably from international clients and/or patients requiring medical help or support in Indonesia and South East Asia
Identifying the request in obtaining medical report / additional medical information, collaborating with treating doctors
Analyzing the situation for the patient (type of medical problem, quality of medical facility, etc…)
Reporting to client with our medical recommendations regarding a potential medical evacuation to a better medical facility
Performing medical evacuations (with commercial flight or air ambulance)
Answering to our medical hotline
Coordinating and following up the case with international clients

Requirements :

Female, age max 35 years old
Graduate from Faculty of Medicine, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Perfect Bahasa Indonesia, in both spoken and written.
Fluent English, in both spoken and written, is an absolute must.
Willing to work on a 24 /7 rotating shift without exception
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill,
Mature personality, high sense of responsibilities
Computer literate
Fast learner and able to work under pressure
Multi tasking capability, able to manage several simultaneous situations
Able to work as individual as well as in a team
Customer and services oriented

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Our respected client is seeking a medical professional, preferably a medical doctor, to fill the job of Medical Affairs Head, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide medical and technical support of products to Sales and Marketing Team, in order to maximize competitive advantages of products and enhance company image
Assist Learning and Development Team in preparing training materials and performing training to field force
Prepare medical/product information
Assist Product Manager in conducting symposia and Round Table Discussions
Become Vaccine champion
Supervise research
Review pharmacovigilance and promotional materials
Handle medical enquiries from external parties
Give scientific presentations to Health Care Professionals and Layman
Engage and build relationship with Medical Key Opinion Leaders and Medical Advisory Board
Assist regulatory team in order to ensure the approval process/evaluation of products are appropriate to the timelines even faster
Ensure company’s adherence to high standards of Code of Conduct and other Policies in all its dealings with Healthcare Professionals and Consumers
Plan work independently based on agreed product objectives and strategies to reach target sales
Proactively work on identification of new business opportunities and channel growth

Job Requirements

Medical doctor
Minimum 4 years’ experience in clinical experience, pharmaceutical background an advantage
Computer literate
