MERCHANDISING MANAGER FOR PHARMACY
Responsibilities:
• Support the Management in defining merchandising strategy in term of sales area layout, product assortment & pricing, margin, and promotions based on competition analysis and continual study & reviews of the newest trend in the market.
• Plan the merchandise distribution method, and ensure that the implementation is according to the plan.
• Prepare and propose sales budget / product / store to the management.
• Monitor and ensure that the sales / product are at least according to budget, and take necessary countermeasure if problem happens.
• Monitor and ensure that inventory level / product are not exceeding pre-set threshold.
• Propose planogram design & three dimensional layoutplan for the store, and negotiate with the suppliers for the product to be sold in the store.

Persyaratan Lamaran
• Graduated from reputable University, preferably from pharmaceutical background.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skill.
• Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience in modern drug store (such as Century Guardian, Kimia Farma) with 2 years in the similar position.
