Dalam Rangka memenuhi kebutuhan Tenaga Harian Lepas di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. Sarjito Yogjakarta akan merekrut tenaga dengan formasi sbb :
– Administrator Kesehatan (S1 Kesehatan Masyarakat/Administrasi Kesehatan) – 1 orang (Administrasi Kesehatan) – 1 orang
– Perawat ( S1 Keperawatan/Ners ) – 7 orang
– Bidan (D3 Kebidanan) – 2 orang
– Perekam Medis MEDIS (D3 Rekam Medis) – 5 orang
– Ahli Gizi (D3 Gizi) – 1 orang
– Rehap Medik (D3 Ortotik Prostetik) – 1 orang (D3 Terapi Wicara) – 1 orang

Syarat-syarat Administrasi
1.Surat lamaran ditujukan Direktur Umum RSUP Dr. Sarjito Yogjakarta bermaterai 6000.
2.Daftar riwayat hidup
3.Fotokopi ijazah dilegalisir
4.Umur usia maksimal per 1juni2012 (SLTA 25th,D3 28th,S1 30th).
5.Melampirkan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir.
6.Sertifikat toefl bagi lulusan D3 keats min 400.
7.Foto 4×6 2 lembar.
8.Surat kelakuan baik dari Polisi
9.Surat pernytaan tidak terikat atau tidak sedang menjadi pegawai dari instansi manapun dan tidak sedang mengikuti pendidikan.
10.Melampirkan sertifikat platihan bagi yang memiliki.
11.Untk D3 rekam medik dan SAA wajib melampirkan sertifikat pelatihan komputer
12.Pendaftaran datang sndiri.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience as ICU Nurse

Strong written and spoken English
Able to work under pressure, independently and with tight deadline
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Indonesian citizen
Willing to be placed in Bali
