Description:
Sebagai koordinator untuk pegawai outsource Cleaning Service.
Memberi briefing pada awal jam kerja.
Menentukan jadwal shift dan memastikan pegawai bekerja sesuai dengan shiftnya.
Menganalisa kebutuhan chemical maupun perlatan kebersihan yang akan digunakan.
Memonitor pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh pegawai, dan melakukan inspeksi jika diperlukan.
Membuat laporan harian maupun mingguan.
Bertanggung jawab terhadap komplain yang muncul mengenai kebersihan ruangan.
Qualification:
Pendidikan minimum SMU/SMK (berijazah).
Pengalaman (2 tahun) sebagai Team Leader atau Supervisor Cleaning Service di Hotel/Gedung Perkantoran.
Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai standar kebersihan dan keselamatan/keamanan kerja.
Komunikasi baik dan responsif dalam bekerja.
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office untuk membuat laporan.
Kandidat bersedia ditempatkan di Rumah Sakit Umum Siloam daerah Kelapa Dua Tangerang.
