Responsibilities

Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Our respected client is seeking a training development expert to fill the position of Organization Capability and Culture, to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
 
Key job responsibilities include:

Ensure level of headcount within Quality, EHS and Engineering organizations must be commensurate with meeting site quality and EHS compliance requirements and address gap
To conduct holistic review and ensure that the site has the right level of resource, expertise, skills and capability to mitigate risks and meet business requirements. Following role identified as having gap: microbiology/aseptic manufacturing, technical, operational quality, validation, auditing, engineering, process safety, environmental and sustainability
To ensure support for professional certification as required for EHS and Certified Auditors
To develop a template for a ‘Standard’ site organization, conduct benchmark and carry out a deep review of the talent/pipeline, identify risks and develop a mitigation action plan, and governance to close
 
Job Requirements
 
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from reputable university, Master’s degree an advantage
At least 5 years’ experience in organizational development
Knowledge in Lean Sigma
Knowledge in Continuous Improvement
Having expertise of principles and methods for curriculum and training management
