Global Assistance and Healthcare, a well-established international medical assistance provider to the Insurance, Oil and Gas, Mining and other corporate sector is inviting highly motivated individuals to fill in the position of:
Medical Claim Auditor
Responsibilities :

• Responsible for handling claims.
• Assure all the claim submitted from clients processed until finish
• Decided which claims are in accordance with insurance policy and claims are paid and which ones are not paid
• Liaise with insurance agents, brokers and loss adjusters, as well as deal with customers’ appeals and complaints.
• Establish good cooperation with all hospital provider

Requirements :

• Graduate from faculty of Nursing
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Fluent spoken and written English is an absolute must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Having a good leadership, Self Motivated & Hard worker
• Ability to gain high customer satisfaction through understanding their preferences
• Works both independently & collaboratively
