Branch Manager
Cirebon (Jawa Barat), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Manado (Sulawesi Utara), Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

Monitor the day to day operation of logistic to ensure compliance with the most current SOP and meet branch logistic KPI
Build good relationships with all customers and conduct a join visit with the principals to understand their needs and gather inputs for operational improvement.
Handle customers’ complaints and coordinate to solve the problems to satisfy customers’ needs.
Responsible for the collection of account receivables to achieve target of DSO and ratio AR
Monitor and be responsible for the maintenance of building and other infrastructures (power, water supply, etc.) to provide a conducive working environment.
Supervise and monitor background analysis for new customers to verify their financial status and reputations and as the basis to determine their credit limits.
Preparing branch OPEX and CAPEX budget and to be responsible for spending of approved OPEX and CAPEX.
Improve performance of the team by setting clear objectives, reviewing achievements, assessing training needs, providing development opportunities and advancement/ succession planning to equip employees with the right development plan and program

Requirements:

Bachelor (S1) from any major
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Branch Manager in a FMCG or pharmaceuticals distribution company
English (both writing and oral)
Problem-solving and analytical ability
Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment
Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
Experience monitoring marketplace to identify business opportunities
Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills
Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills
Willing to be placed in all area in Indonesia
