We are seeking a candidate with the following position:

NURSE (Kelapa Gading Campus)

Responsibilities:

Provides health assessments
Maintains the health history of students
Screens and evaluates findings of deficit in vision, hearing, scoliosis, growth, etc
Observes the child for development and health patterns in making nursing assessment
Identifies abnormal health findings
Develops and implements a student health plan
Maintains, evaluates and interprets cumulative health data to accommodate individual needs of students
Plans and implements school health management protocols
Participates in home visits to assess the family needs as related to the child’s health
Develops procedures and provides for emergency nursing management for injuries/illnesses
Promotes and assists in the control of communicable diseases
Provides health education and anticipatory guidance

Requirements:

Female
Minimum D3 from Reputable Nursing Academy and/or registered General Nurse
Details oriented, computer Literate
Able to work independently as a part of a team
Good Attitude, good communication skill & interpersonal skill
Pleasant personality with a strong personal drive
Good proficiency in English, both speaking and writing
Preferably have working experience in Education environment
