SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER – CORPORATE SERVICES

Major Duties and Responsibilities

To expand new clients in secondary cities of Sulawesi and Sumatra region
To promote Raffles Hospital’s specialist services and facilities to new clients
To build relationship, upsell and cross-sell healthcare services to existing clients
To achieve key performance indicators outlined in the department work plan
To service existing clients by responding promptly to their needs and liaise with internal departments to ensure a win-win outcome
To organize marketing events health seminar, continued medical education program (CME) and round-table discussion (RTD) in Jakarta and secondary cities
To conduct market research and competitors’ analysis in the secondary cities
To keep abreast of developments in the local and regional healthcare industry
To identify potential business opportunities and devise creative marketing plans to achieve corporate goals

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree from recognised university
Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry
Pleasant personality with excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Proactive, independent, performance-driven and able to work under pressure
