MIT (Manager In Training) Guardian

Responsibilities:
MIT (Manager in Training) is an intensive Training program designed to provide knowledge, skill and attitude required to be future Leaders of Guardian Pharmacy

Requirements:
Young and energetic, graduated from S1 Pharmacy or Pharmacist with a minimum GPA of 2,75
Willing to be trained with an intensive training in Jakarta
Willing to be placed at one of Guardian Pharmacy branches all over Indonesia with working conditions in 2 shift
Customer service oriented, Initiative, pro active, hard working, and strong analytical skill
Able to lead a team and cooporate in a team
English proficiency both oral and written is a must
Good computer literacy
